Hi guys, hope you're all well. I recently started UO again. I was originally playing around 2008-10 time but thought I'd give it a try and see what's new. Seems like a lot has changed! Back then I had an automated ore miner and blacksmith using EasyUO which made me pretty rich, but it seems like that's not really do-able these days. I had a lovely big house, vendors, the lot... but back to square one. Now I'm messing around with ClassicAssist (on ClassicUO) which is handy as I'm a Python programmer as a day job and there's a lot of overlap.
I currently play on UO Dreams (an Italian server) mainly because it was the one I used to play on with my RL friends. I remade my resource gatherer scripts but now I'm focusing more on crafting/imbuing items and PvM. I made a script to escort Nobles/Mages etc but realised there's a 5 minute time limit between each one, whoops! I guess the money now is in quality items
